Interdependence

Purpose

Interdependence will always trump independence.

No one ever succeeds alone.

You may have had a lot of success yourself throughout your career, but you didn’t get there without the assistance of others.

To succeed in business, a motivated and united team supporting each other is essential.

Attracting purpose aligned people to your business doesn’t guarantee alignment or cohesion.

Just being called a team, doesn’t mean you are a team.

A collective of individuals gathered together, being friendly and getting along with each other is a group, and it needs to be corrected quickly.

Groups value individual goals, individual accountability and individual success, but will ultimately achieve collective failure.

To achieve success, you need a team of people with a shared purpose.

Teams commit to shared goals and individual and collective accountability is valued equally.

The responsibility to monitor, support and reward each other’s performance is willingly shared and celebrated within high performing teams, and that is the key to growth and success.

Purpose led teams will drive you and your business further than you could ever imagine.

Have a great day!
