I’ve been evolving sporting organisations for over 20 years.
I have driven record participation and commercial growth within sporting organisations at local, State and National levels and have led numerous state and national strategies for some of Australia’s largest codes.
Throughout my time in sport, I have designed and modified a highly supportive leadership program that has ensured teams not only established clear, agreed and aligned strategies, but also the required skills, behaviours and discipline to drive growth and success.
I’ve now documented the processes I have developed over 20 years so they can be applied to any business or organisation that is looking for a happier, more productive team and the results that inevitably follow.
I have combined all my experiences and learnings to create the Aligned Purpose Program.
