By default, they also attract purpose aligned employees. Employees who are seeking a more meaningful workplace where they feel their contribution has value, and is valued.
For many struggling businesses they spend valuable time on things that don’t matter. It’s only starting to dawn on them the need to start that journey of finding something deeper, their purpose, so they are not left behind wasting more time.
Sadly for some struggling businesses, they don’t even know they are in trouble yet.
If you want your team and business to succeed, unearthing and aligning your purpose is no longer an option.
